  1. REGISTRATION

  3.    This program is distributed as shareware.  As a result, you are
  4.    encouraged to register.  The version of the program that you are
  5.    using is fully functional.

  7.    Registration entitles you to technical support for DRAGCITY
  8.    if necessary, and notification of significant new versions.
  9.    Registered users also are given preference when deciding on
  10.    enhancments considered for new releases.
  11.  
  12.    To register, simply print out the registration form enclosed.

  14.    Please note, if you paid a fee to receive this evaluation copy,
  15.    do not confuse this with registration.  Distribution services
  16.    provide shareware for a fee, registration with the author is
  17.    still required.

  19. RE-DISTRIBUTION OF DRAGCITY

  21.    Feel free to give copies of this version of DRAGCITY to your
  22.    friends, family and co-workers.  You may also upload it to
  23.    public access bulletin boards as well.  However, in all
  24.    cases, the following restriction applies:

  26.    The original distribution files must be sent "as is".  No
  27.    modifications of any kind may be made to the program, the
  28.    documentation, or the registration form.  If the files are
  29.    re-packaged using a utility such as PKZIP, only the original
  30.    files may be included.  The name of the packaged file must be
  31.    DRAGC300.xxx.

  33.    DRAGCITY may be distributed via shareware diskette services
  34.    under the following restrictions:

  36.    The distribution files must not be modified (as described above)
  37.    with the following exceptions: 1) Files may be added which are
  38.    standard distribution materials (such as problem reporting forms);
  39.    2) This documentation file may be augmented with distributor specific
  40.    information as long as the original text file is unchanged and the
  41.    additional information is clearly marked.

  43.    Only "shipping & handling" fees may be charged.  It must be clear
  44.    to subscribers that fees do not represent registration.

  46.    I must be notified of distribution (at the address supplied on
  47.    the registration form) if a fee is being collected.  A copy of
  48.    your distribution newsletter is sufficient, you do not have to
  49.    request permission in advance.  The author reserves the right
  50.    to request termination of distribution.
